Buying network Hardware.
Consumer Network Hardware, like Wireless Routers, simple switches NICs, etc. is available like any other consumer?s computer devices. You need to search for sales and rebate in the Major Offline and Online stores and find the best deal that you can get.
Network parts and devices that are mainly used by business, like high level, Switches, Routers, Cable, Plugs, Panels, etc., are not readily available in the Major consumers stores and are usually not to be found on sales or heavily discounted.
The general approach of most vendors is; If it business and it generates income you should pay accordingly.
If you are a big customer you can cut special deals and get discount prices, otherwise you have to pay the common price.
There are inexpensive General vendors that offer selected Network supplies as well, but they do not discount across the board. You might find some items that are inexpensive, and others that are very expensive.
As a result ordering inexpensive Network related Items becomes a matter of searching and hunting and spreading your orders among many vendors according to the prices for each device/part.
Example for such vendors.

P.S. After Being on AT forums for many years (putting aside the Trade Forum), I can safely state that if you do not get a solid answer in 12hours, there might not be an answer/solution.
