Can't afford to abandon this park. It's where people all over the world come to protest. Bill Gates lives on the block and so does half the NY Yankees. The emir of Qatar is a patron of the park. Nah, that shelter's got to go.

where would you like to move the shelter to, and what if the people already living in that neighborhood feel the same way you do about homeless people?
I've seen far worse happen in Washington Square Park. Anyhow most of the uber-wealthy's feet probably will never touch the sidewalk in the area, much less the park. So I doubt you will get much support.
Seems like the city is slowly reverting back to the David Dinkins years due largely to attrition.
I'm surprised he hasn't put the blame on Samsung as yet.
That is damned inappropriate. Any decent 'capper doesn't let himself get mounted until after lunch.Incident: A homeless veteran in a wheelchair was observed being mounted by a woman and having sex at 10:30AM.
Incident: Katherine Hepburn's bench was been violated in major ways by homeless people from the shelter. People have been observed sucking and fucking on it, in addition to doing drugs.
they are free to roam like wild animals during the other times of the year.
What exactly do you propose?? I thought freedom was an important part of being in America.
if a guy went to war for the country and lost use of his legs, the very least we can do for him is let the guy have sex in a park.
It's actually a rule, the homeless can fuck and jerkoff like anywhere they want to.
Ok, so:
- Somebody who had a good job and was a contributor to society got sick and lost his or her job
- Somebody who was abused as a youngster, and since then lives on the streets
yeah, people who suffer from misfortunes are losers and shits lolol..
As if all homeless people are junkies...
no homeless here, feels good man. We have the next worst thing though, asylum seekers. Never had any encounter with them though.
