HW series was awesome. Although HW2 kinda of sucked IMO, the gameplay sort of changed for the worse. In HW1, it was all about fleet composition and how well you manage your fleet (damage control and tactical orders). In HW2, the ship count decreased ( you had a smaller fleet) and there was less variety. The corvettes were joke, because the fighters were over-powering. Bombers in HW2 is also a bit useless, because they were severely underpowered. The whole torpedoe issue was annoying as crap. Torpedoes are insanely powerful, and there was practically no way to stop it, short of raising a deflector shield all the time. They should've at least had those torps self-destruct or stop homing when the ship it was fired from was blown to bits. This made the capital ship engagement annoying. As you can have suicidal torp frigates taking down your valuable battle cruisiers and destroyer from their kamikaze torp run.
