Honda's new slogan
Hahaha, that is pretty funny.
What is even more funny is seeing all of the Honda fanboys coming out attempting to defending them because of a joke.
Losers.

You need to stop whoring car threads until you throw away your crappy 10 y/o camry.

WTF does my Camry have to do with this thread?
And yes, my 150,000 mile Camry is 10 years and still kicking like new. Why ditch what works well and pick up new car payments when my car has every amentity I need (leather, moonroof, 10-disc CD changer, power everything, keyless, cruise and gets 30MPG)
I like cars, so I post about cars. If you've got a problem with it, GTFO

You ever see what happens when the DOHmestic jokes start rolling here? The handful of DOHmestic whores come out and cry, wahhhh, don't talk sh*t about our crappy cars.
[insert GM/FORD/DODGE joke here]

you can put whatever joke, but the only reason the foreign car companies are where they are is because originally they were getting their asses kicked, and then the tides turned, domestic companies are currently getting a lot better and a lot of people are domestic whores, however, if domestics get a lot better, then you could see the tides turn again and then i dont know what will happen, this is by far the best example of competition and what can come of it, and thats only improvements.

funny but you have to admit 240 horses from a naturally-aspirated 2 liter is pretty awesome. not to mention its design is just so sexy...
that slogan suits the RX8 better.
2.2 liter now. Only 162 lb-ft @ 6500 RPM
rx8: 159 @ 5500 RPM
only 3 less, but 1000 rpm lower. the s2000 wins the gutless award by a hair!
Torque is almost pointless at anything over 2500 RPM and most usefull under 2000.
Do you even know what torque is?
Obviously you don't. You never hear about low end torque do you. I guess you just never learned to like real performance instead of that lightweight crap that doesn't have it at all.
In the case of car engines, it is the mechanical twisting force created by the engine. This force is used to drive the car.Originally posted by: jai6638
What does an lower rpm ( slightly lower than 1000 rpm.. probably 800-900 rpm ) in a parked car mean??? a not-so-powerful engine?
Do you even know what torque is?
what is it??? is it the thrust force???
So...when the Camry finally breaks down and after all your research, what do you think you'll replace it with?Originally posted by: NFS4

the "torqueless" F20C fits the S2000 perfectly imo.
who cares about the low end torque; if you're in the low end of the rev range, you're in the wrong gear anyways. Last time i went racing, my revs never dropped below 4000.
so you redline it and dump the clutch at every red light?
do i drag race at every redlight?
no.
you just said "who cares about low end torque" and "my revs never go below 4k". therefore, you must be redlining it at every light,

It doesn't do bad at all for 1.3 L of displacement.
