I do this all the time. I ask my friends this and all of them called me weird wtf.
I've tried it. added the free honey that's next to the milk.

This...I imagine it acts as a moisturizer and bactericide...biggest problem with burns are infectionsHumectant and antibacterial at least. It's pretty complex, so who knows what else.
Adding anything to coffee seems odd to me...
