dood honey mustard is so grubbing. little do many people know that mcdonalds has honey mustard sauce. thats right folks, not "hot" mustard ... honey mustard. and that is some good stuff. a few orders of those 20 piece chicken nuggets can hurt you now and then. =P maybe a couple of 99 cent big macs. yum.

cheese is all fat, honey mustard is all sugar, ketchup is all sugar.

Stick with regular mustard or go plain. Also try to cut down the quantity of food your eating. That is the fastest way to lose weight. (I'm not talking starving here either, just quantifying better.)

A lot of places have partially hydrogenated soybean oil in their honey mustard, plus the sugar. Very bad for you.

Skip the chicken nuggets all together and get a salad! With low cal dressing and no cheese.

Dude, if you want to lose weight permanently, you need to get active in addition to watching your weight. I would really not eat much cheese if I were you, it's pretty fattening. Go hit the elliptical machine in a gym for an hour a day, nice and easy, and start lifting weights three times a week, and within 60 days you will see big results.

1st thing is that the fried food is got to go.
2nd thing is working out regularly.
3rd eat healthy
4th live healthy

and you will be getting into shape soon...if not try subway sandwhiches : )

Let's face the facts; it's not the honey mustard that's going to make him fat. I've put on a few lbs. and since the beginning of Dec. I lost 22 lbs. I basically cook everything on the George Foreman grill, so the fat runs off. My diet consists of grilled Muenster cheese or chicken burgers or turkey burgers or chicken breasts on rye with HONEY MUSTARD and a handful of almonds. I've done nothing to change my workout routine, still lift heavy and no cardio. I eat 5-6 small meals a day and cut out the snacking. My meals consist of some type of protein, monosaturated fats and a low gylcemic carb. Also, don't starve yourself, if you do you'll waste away valuable muscle and not the unwanted fat.

Losing weight is easy, it's just hard to keep it off.

Balance diet/exercise. If you don't eat much, you won't be fat. If you eat a lot, exercise a lot and you won't be fat. uhhh... Easier said than done
