That is a big hive. I had to deal with one that were about 1/3 the size and was stung by one 2 days after I took it down because I didn't wait till dark to get all of them. (I'm allergic to them and had to take my medication for the sting)
Let the professional clear it out if you are worry, but it isn?t that difficult to take it down.
Point the flashlight at the opening at night to attract the wasps to the light source and then use insecticides to spray the hive from a safe distance (may want to wear thick clothing to be safe and goggle is a must). Then wait 5-15 min after the hive is thoroughly soaked, and reapply more chemical just to make sure they are all stun/dead. Check the next day to see if there are any activities, and then use a vacuum to suck/clean up if there is no sign of wasps activities. Then carefully knock the hive into a bag for disposable.
