Found this deal while looking for a new computer. Seems to be hot considering I built the same thing from Newegg for $331 and have no guarantee that it is the Northwood p4 chip.

You might consider editing the title to mention that this is a P4 and not an Athlon. I knew that it wasn't an Athlon, but some people might think it's some super-OC'ed AMD system. Good deal.

too bad their reseller ratings suck. I realize they have had a lot of issues here lately, and have put out a letter or two as justification/apology....But even their recent transactions are confounded with screw ups and the like. I really like their custom painted mice, and the memory they sell is some nice stuff...but an overclocked system w/warranty from that company right now is worriesome

This company is -very- shady. They charge your card the day you place the order, but don't ship until days afterwards. Some people have suggested this is because they simply use your money to buy the parts after you already ordered them. Some people have ordered simple things like a stick of PC2700 ram and gotten very horrible PC2100 ram, and were never able to get refunds/exchanges or even returns. Buyer beware.

The board does not officially support the 533mhz bus (or 133FSB). It is not an 845E chipset but the older 845 DDR board.

Go to newegg and buy their 1.6mhz Northwood 512k retail box with fan instead and pair it with a good motherboard and memory from crucial (with 15% discount and coupons).
