Um, yes there is. Intel has already sampled them and should be out 1st part of March
<< Over at 2002 International CES, Intel is going to exhibit their latest Pentium 4 mobile CPU for notebooks. Many of these mobile Pentium 4 Processor-M-based notebooks will feature wireless technologies including 802.11 and Bluetooth enabling anytime, anywhere communication. For a start, we can expect to see P4-M 1.7GHz, 1.6GHz, 1.5GHz and 1.4GHz in March onwards and 1.8GHz in Q3 and 2Ghz in Q4. ICH4-M is also in the midst of making to support USB2.0 functions. In H1 2003, we can expect to see Montara GML chipset, an integrated graphics chipset for the mobile Pentium 4 and Odem chipset for the Banias CPUs.
