Also hot is the $165.82 Athlon 64 3200+ minus whatever coupons. Newegg has it for $175, so even without coupons it is a deal.

Speaking of deals, what's the deal with all the lower end socket 939 CPUs going up in price? Makes me glad I got that 3200+ for $140 a couple of weeks ago even though it doesn't overclock well (relatively speaking, running 2.4GHz fine).

No google results 200 deep
No FW results
No 7 other sites that list dell coupon results
No ebay results

All listed "accessory" coupons fail to qualify on that item.

Its been pointed out that the assumed 20% off accessory general coupon that is easily available does not qualify for this item.

Deal was alive, but is dead now. The 20% off Dell Branded accessories did work on processors; however Dell caught it very quickly. It was alive for about 1 hr this morning, died very soon after the OP posted.

The code worked on all processors; X2 3800 was $250, X2 4400 was $390.

Edit: OP, I don't think Sellmen was "backing you up", he was clearing up the situation, since you did not. Those AT'ers DID search, if you would have said "deal is dead, Dell fixed it so the 20% doesn't work now" we all would have moved on.

The Dell coupon was erroring out "Failed to qualify on this item"

Which means you had the time to post "deal is dead". You are to quick to defend your hot deal. As you said, deals don't last forever, so instead of assuming that we don't know what we are doing or aren't willing to look up codes, why don't you check to see if the deal has in fact died....

Edit: In fact you knew that the 20% working was a mistake when you posted this. From your other proc. thread, posted before this one, you wrote "Dell screwed up again, 20% off e&a coupon works on any accessory."

You also knew that they caught their mistake, as at 11:13am you wrote "Umm that is interesting i checked this morning and it worked. Looks like Dell realized that they are getting ripped." Yet at 1pm in this thread, you acted like it was DeadMilkMans fault he couldn't get the deal to work.
