Of course not. They have absolutely no legal obligation to fulfill any of these orders unless they accept your paymet (charge your card). One person may have been able to slip by, had this not been posted. But now, they will cancel them all.

The correct price is $119.99 and that is the price that is ringing up at in the B&Ms. The two B&Ms that I checked already knew of the error and said that CompUSa.com only updates once every 24 hours so it will be tomorrow before the correct price is reflected on their site. From my own perosnal experience with pricing errors on CompUSA.com, they never ship these prcing errors, but good luck to all who ordered. Maybe someone will be lucky?

Here is CompUSa.com's typical email that they sent following previous pricing errors on their site. Let see if they send the same form email this itme...

I went to the B&M near my house. Had to drive for 45 mins just to get there. And those SOBs would not PM compuSA.com. I wish I could argue better. Usually I try a little bit I am too scared to create a scene and left the place meekly.
Anyone had luck getting this deal at any B&M??

I went to the B&M. Get this, they had the shelf tags on the drives that said $19.99. But when I took it to the register, it rang up at $129.99, and the guy said it was a mistake on the website and the shelf tags. I yelled for about 5 minutes and then walked out; bait and switch mofos!

Ordered 2 on-line and drove 45 miles roundtrip to check thier B&M (Lombard, IL). Shelf tag showed $139.99 but rang up at $119.99. Checked their website w/ the use of their Mac that used T1 lines, and the item# disappeared. Walked out with nothing. Looks like we'll be getting that dreaded e-mail on monday. :disgust:
