Newegg ships from around the corner from where I work, yet they won't will call. MWave is 2 exits away on the freeway and their prices are competitive to Newegg, if not better. I just spent $400 their this tuesday.
If you want to know more about the RAM, you could call them and ask, but my guess is they don't have much info either, probably a generic, maybe Kingston valueram.

Do they actually have a retail outlet in City of Industry? Or is that place only a warehouse...

It's a warehouse with WillCall. No retail outlet, although you can go into WillCall and sit down at one of their computers, order online and then walk up to the desk a few minutes later to get your product.

I just got my stick in today. It's some memory name I've never heard of before. CL2 up to 133MHz. CL2.5 up to 167MHz. BUT...................................
I have it running with my stick of 512MB Samsung DDR333 at CAS2 in my Epox 4G4A with no problems. Ran Prime95 all morning with it.
