This is my first post and I did a search for "Fry's" and "60GB" so I'm posting this...

Norther Cali- I just picked this up at the locak Fry's. Great for my TIVO upgrade.

I've been pleased with this drive. Got it from Sam's a few weeks ago. It's pretty fast for a 5400 rpm.

Very hot deal. I picked one up from newegg when it first came out for $150, great drive for storage. What was really unbelievable was finding out I only had 12GB free after I discovered the glory of divx. I've already emptied one spindle clearing up room, just about done with my second, bleagh.

I went to Fry's in San Diego and they were selling this for like $149 or something. Is there a rebate to bring it down in price?

No rebate at all. It's $109 exactly. Must only be a northern cali deal then.
