Where are you seeing the USB drive as 9.99 w/o a MIR? The ad shows a $15 MIR is associated with it.

Did it ring up as $9.99 in store?

Yes, when i picked it up they rang it up as 9.99.

2 SKUs are listed in the ad, which one did you get? Maybe there is a substitution?

I'm pretty sure that's a Belkin USB drive. I have the 128mb version that I got from OM as a substitution for another USB drive that was OOS at the time. There are several other versions shown here: http://web.belkin.com/support/download/download.asp?category=1&lang=1&mode=

Warning: Seven different computers I have access to wouldn't recognize it was a USB mass storage device. It kept saying it was an unknown USB devise even after being pointed at the correct Windows 2000/XP driver. Belkin sent me a replacement and it did the same.

A friend had the same experience with his and only one of his four computers would recognize it properly. A Kingston drive I bought later works great on all the computers that the Belkin wouldn't.

Don't lose your receipt on the way home!
