Interesting... mine orders disappeared this morning to, so I called Dell Figured I might as well make them work to blow me off!
Anyway, I didn't get into any speaker-specific details, just general order questions. They have another way to view orders other than the link that they provide in the confirmation email:
- Go to www.dellcustomercare.com
- Click on check status
- Click on Order Status
- Under Multiple Order Status at the bottom, click Customer or Account Number
- Enter you customer number, BUT LEAVE OUT THE LEADING ZERO (0)
- click submit
At this point my orders showed up as in-processing with an estimated ship date of 12/21 - just as they had been before. When I included the leading zero in my account #, no orders were found.
