Got my cancellation today, and I ordered on the 12th I believe around 3-4:30am in the morning, had finals that week, not looking good for alot of people here, good luck with everyone else, the 10% coupon is suxor..

Fine. The email says that there was an error that made it look like these speakers were in stock. Either way, it doesnt matter. You lost a minute of your time to order these and nothing more. If you need someone to blame, blame yourself for expecting this deal to go through.

The thing is I don't know which order got cancel.
I checked my orders on the web and both still has green arrow and still in production.
Either one of the two orders got cancel or both got cancel with one email.

I expect an email for each order for cancellation.

Knew its too good to be true anyways hehe.

Its not like they pulled a bait and switch or took your money and ran!!!

Maybe the pricing was a mistake (or maybe not) but they honored all the orders on a first come basis till they ran out.

Maybe we should all order 5 monitors and just return them when they arrive to our door - reason? We can just tell them it was an inventory problem... we really had 20 still in stock. We don't need them.

TimidOCer...if they've taken possession of your fungible funds in your paypal account, they owe you the speakers....you actually have a solid claim on those speakers...either that or an action against them for fraud, misrep., etc....and you have the advantage that they have what you had....assuming you had it...Did you have it? If you did, you're in better standing than people like me who just had their crredit card "potential credit -- 'tagged' -- by DELL for this purchase. (UCC on contracts).....

I got the cancelation as well. I ordered 1 set at 9am, and even paid for shipping. I understand things happen, but why not be straight forward from the get go? Just my $.02. I do love this forum though, cause without it, I wouldnt have even had a chance.

PS - if dell offers a 10% for their mistake, is that stackable to get the 15" LCD for $280 - $28? Thanks all

No cancel here either. Still shows 12/26 ship date. I orderred home/second day. I wanted them fast and for $35 thought it was a great deal. Who knows, maybe they're cancelling business first, then home. Time will tell.
