I was having problems getting the free shipping. the problem was I still had a cookie from dell identfying me as a home customer, not small business. I deleted the cookie and created a new small business account.

Big lawsuit coming Dell's way....something about DVD-RW patent infringments on the DVD-RW they are shipping, so I suppose they need some money to pay off the patent holders before a lawsuit kills them.....just my guess......

For those who haven't gotten email confirmation yet, have you checked to see if your order shows up on the order status page? For some reason, my order doesn't show up. Do you have to have a separate small business account? I placed an order through the small business section, but used my already existing (home) account. Do I need to create a new small business acct & place an order that way? Don't really want to call CS yet & get everyone's orders cancelled.

Hi, one of my friends has 880 and he connect it to DVD player. He need to adjust "central channel" and rear channels volume to get 5.1 dolby sound. Sound quality is pretty good compare to other PC speakers. Altec Lansing said as long as it is ADA880, no matter 880R or 880W, they are the same speaker. The R or W just means OEM or retail package.

Ack...looks like I jumped the gun. Received the email confirmation while I was out at lunch. Sorry to alarm everyone. I placed my order around 10:30am CST this morning & got my confirmation around noonish. So it looks like it's taking a little while for the confirmations to go out. i ordered these

not in my order status on dell.com, but i did check to see if my z560's shipped, and luck behold, they did!

now if these too ship and dell doesn't cancel this deal... i will have 2 4.1 speaker systems....

...i am getting way too hooked up on these hot deals
