Boy that's an understatment! Anyone one who has been around here for any of the past "Dell Deals" knos that the Dell order status is useless.

Im not so sure this is a pricing error.
I placed an order for altecs, nics, and a tool kit for $120, and a separate order for other stuff for $47(in the wee hours on Tuesday-Wednesday) and I just received 2 order confirmation emails and one had a total of $83, and the other had a total of $40 so I thought they screwed me and just sent the expensive stuff out of my orders and left out the NICs/altecs..
But I called them up to verify the orders and the dude on the phone told me the items and they just split up my $120 order into one $83 order and one $40 order... he verified that I had the altecs for $20.xx each and the NICs for $.71 each and that was it!

So this may not actually be a pricing error after all.. who knows!


Edit: Nevermind I just thought about it again and yes, it is a pricing error, no friggin way they're giving me these speakers for $20 without it being an error... but it looks like theyre honoring it woooohooooooooo!

Crazy ADA880 prices are attracting customers to visit their web site.
They may lose certain amount of money to offer a deal but it can also save them time and money for inventory storage.

BTW, they just charged me $124.97 for 6 sets of speakers.
Hopefully I will be able to enjoy DD Surround EX and DTS ES. >>

I did order one.. but.. refurbished .. hmm. hmm.
a year ago, I order a refurbished subwoofer.. that things SUCKED.. it is constantly making a noise whenever the power is on.. $22 on the ADA880 is going to be a gamble.. let's just HOPE nothing serious is wrong about these refurbished units..

could it be they dell bought some used units from corporations and sell them as refurbished.. that would be good news..

They are still waiting on payment approval!!!!!!!!! My order isnt even in Production yet!!!!

Dell made a charge to my CC then took it back off today. I think I'm SOL. I thought it was to good to happen to me. for a lot of folks it is-will be.

People, these are just speakers, not a battle to be won or testosterone to be proven. We should all be thankful that opportunities like this arise. If we get them, GREAT! If we don't, we've lost nothing. It doesn't matter who bought them, or how many. This is America, the land of opportunity. Sometimes it works for you, sometimes against you. Either way, it's still the best you'll find in this world.
