I got the expected speaker order cancellation from Dell.
I had also placed an order with Dell on 7 Dec. for 3 NIC cards & a SB-Live card. That order was LOST somewhere within Dell. I got an "Order Acknowledgement" (no Order #), but never an "Order Confirmation" with an Order #. After 3 business days, I started calling. No one could find anything about the order. A day later I got someone named "Dion" who DID find my order, and said he didn't understand what could have happened. That was 12-15 phone calls later!. He got the order re-placed on Dec. 13 (at the original price structure), but I went to the "back of the line" for product availability.
I received the SB-Live ($23.58 total) yesterday, and am currently waiting for the 3 NIC's (which were supposed to ship 8 days before the SB-Live!). I won't hold my breath!
Let's see: left-click-on FAVORITES; right-click-on DELL; left-click-the-fourth-option-from-the-bottom. There, that's taken care of! I feel better already. It's not worth the hassle!
