I haven't heard of a "Smart Power" power supply. That's probably why this case is so cheap. They decided on a no name power supply.

I think it will arrive in good time, just without you ever knowing. Their biggest problem seems to be no shipping notification. As for the company, they are in my city so i'll go knock on their door if there is any problems.

$59.00 + $3.54 tax (Ems charges tax in Florida) + $0.00 shipping (today only) = $62.54.

I know that EMS reseller rating is not the best. I'll see how long it takes to ship. I am in no hurry.

I prefer to buy from NewEgg and I will continue to do so (no problems, quick shipping) but their price today on this same case (SX830) is $83 + $19 shipping = $102.

By what I read at resellerratings, they're having more problems then just email confirmations. Stock availability seems to be a big achilles heal as well. And on top of that, they seem to play the old "backorder-without-telling-buyer" game which just inflames the email communication and stock availability issues. I'll have to pass. To bad, I had my eye on their SX835 (w/350W PSU) for $76 shipped too...

This is really awesome! For those wanting a cheaper case, they have the Antec KS282 w/300 w Antec PS for $43 shipped!! It doesn't have quite the drive bays, but is a solid case and a steal for $43!

Alright I couldn't resist any longer, even though this smells funny. I just hope they're offering free shipping in an effort to repair a tattered rep at resellerrating.com and the BBB. But, I think we all have a good long wait before we see anything.

I've hammered them on resellerratings and retailer ratings, and fired off letters to the BBB and the FTC.:| But the thing is that I really need a new case for a new PC that I'm building. What's the best deal for a good quality case? The SX835 from Staples for about $80 after coupon?
