Beware the digital gift certificate sent to you by e-mail. Last digital gift certificate deal I got on from BB.com was allegedly sent to me via e-mail but I did not recieve it, and BB "customer care" basically told me to shove off when I asked for some kind of compensation. I guess they figured they would make more off me by ripping me off for a measly five bux than by keeping me as a satisfied customer.
