i just called 5 local stores and got got this

this was in pittsburgh pa.

Me too. Credit cards FTW. Buy 10, replace all my data storage drives with these, then sell off a bunch of used 400-500GB drives for cheap. Everybody wins!

If I can get a 750GB locally for $83.99 plus tax, I'd still clean 'em out. My 400-500GB data drives can use an upgrade.

One store in my area had them at the 282.99 price and would not match the 83.99 at 2 other local stores only about 20 miles away....so you might have some problems getting them to match a receipt scan.

That being said, the store manager did offer to call the other two stores and have them put their complete stock on hold for me. That's 7 in one store and 5 in the other.

I'd like to keep 4 of them, so if anyone else would like to buy one, PM me a fair offer and I'll pick up some extras.
