Wouldn't doubt that someone already posted they had sold over 7000 as of 3/9.Originally posted by: amdskip
bump this great deal back up
I wonder how many fans they've gone through so far. I bought a case, wouldn't doubt they go through 2k of them.

Has anyone ever compared the panaflos with the speeze fans that newegg has on sale? You can get 10 for $2.29 each, shipped. They also are supposed to have the three/four pin connectors.

Check the model number. L1A = quiet. H1A = normal. The H1A's are good quality, but there isn't much special about them.

That's weird, they say it has speed/RPM sensing and a three pin connector but the pic shows the L12 with only two wires instead of three?Originally posted by: ShinSa
Here is a 3 pin version.
Obviously price does not justify the rpm sensing but for those who want piece of mind on their CPU....

Okay, I finally got my order and yes I'm pretty sure these fans do have RPM sensing. There are three small pins in the center of the fan. The tail coming off them only connects to all 3 but only uses 2 of the wires. I bought a couple of these from Directron awhile back for a price I'm embarrassed about, but they have the tails needed to turn them into 3 pin speed/RPM sensing fans.
Here's a link to the pic of the tail. I'm sure someone knows of a place that doesn't want to charge us as much for the tail as we're paying for the fans, but that person ain't me!
Anyone recognize this bad boy and know who sells 'em cheap?
