Saw this in today's LA Times Fry's ad. I believe that the Shuttle mobo is an NForce2, and the CPU is a retail boxed one. I think it's hot it is because the mobo is going for $61, and 2400 retail is going for about $81, both at Newegg, so this combo is about $20 cheaper. I don't have a clue about the cpu, but I don't care since I'm not an overclocker. Takes effort
