I think I'll still wait though.

edit: I did notice the price difference. I wonder why it's sometimes so huge. On Amazon.com, the white version is about $50 and the black about $90. :Q

Make sure you have all copies of the paperwork a lot of people are still having a hard time getting the rebate because of the invoice numbers and UPC not matching up. All it takes is a call or email to get it resolved but it should not be that way since the rebate is right there on the product page.

damn.. i paid a lot more for these speakers like a year ago. they're really, really nice for a 2.1 setup; they're a deal at 2x the price. Not really audiophile material, as they don't crank out quite enough clean watts, but the sound really nice at quiet to moderate sound levels, with smooth, even bass response. In fact, it's almost loud enough to be heard over the drummer in my band without distorting (but not quite).
