Well all I can say is that you should try calling your local B&Ms to see if they are out of the s200 and if they have any a70s. Mine had one a70 left that they held for me. I printed out the 50 off 250 coupon from officemax.com, cut off the bottom half of the page where it spells out very clearly that the coupon is for the website only (altho the top says Officemax.com), went to the store and found a pretty cool manager. I told him that I called the number for Officemax.com and that they told me they were out of stock. I further told him that the CSR on the phone told me to print out the page and bring it into a store. I can't believe it worked, but it did. Bought some $2 pens I needed and my total was $218.

It wasn't letting them apply a second coupon even in the store so the manager ended up doing an override and just keying in the a70 price at 199.99 -- couldn't believe my eyes, just happily paid and thanked them. Good luck!

I just made my second order. This time it came out to be around 230 including tax. DALLAS.TX area. I tried about 5 times to get CSR who accepts coupon. this is my second camera and my first one came out to be 270tax included. Can I take this camera to local store and get refund? or should i sell it on ebay? (I wanted to use coupon on first time but CSR didnt let me so i just ordered and just ordered 2nd one and used coupon)

I tried couple times at home via phone, it didn't work.
I went to OfficeMax at Marlboro, MA with $25 off $200 online coupon in hand. At store, I saw S200 as well as A70 model on the shelf :-(. I asked them if they can accept that online coupon or not. A very nice lady answered NO, but she can help me order online with the same deal for A70, honor my coupon. Finally $237 and pick up tomorrow. I'm so happy but I'm confuse about they said pick up tomorrow?????

OOS for both in Salem Oregon. The csr told me that both were discontinued. I said that the A70 shouldn't be and asked if they were taking any backorders. She said that they're not accepting backorders right now since they've had so many but that might change in a week or two. I hate office max with the power of 1000 suns.

Thank you. That's very helpful. Besides, I'd called the store yesterday and the A70 sold out before the S200 did. Does anyone know when they stopped accepting back orders by the way?

Oh, also I called back 5 times and spoke to seven seperate people. In doing so I got 2 people who said I could order it and five who said I couldn't in addition to getting 5 seprate answers about why I couldn't back order it. Office max csr's truly have to be the stupidest people in the world. I'm half tempted to keep calling back just to see if I can get the same answer twice.

I just picked up one from OM in LA area. CSR was very adamant about store not accepting on-line coupon. She also rejected a Staples $30 in-store coupon by coming up with some kakamaniac excuse about how they cannot enter the code into their cash register machine. I politely told her of course not b/c it's Staples' but you can override your own system. Anyway, I had to use their own $15 off $75 coupon. So, it's not so bad for $235.00 + tax for camera, memory and reader.

lokni: just call the 800 number listed in FW and ordered on the phone, if that doesn't work, hit up the local stores. I did it today and it worked, so it still might not be too late ... wish you luck!

Yes this is still alive as of 10 minutes ago, I just ordered two separate times for friends. It takes a lot of patience though, good luck you're going to need it.
