just got mine and did a direct print with my g3...all i can say is awesome! i used the sample photo paper and it looks exactly like a 4x6 35mm pic

Just got it in the mail today. Noobie question though. The rebate requests a copy buy.com receipt with the printer cricled on it as well as the packing slip and the UPC. What constitutes the receipt? I have the packing slip but no receipt. Is the receipt a print-out of the confirmation email? Thank you.

Canon makes awesome printers and the ink is so cheap. I have 3 and was gonna get another one. Its crazy when you can buy a whole printer for what it would cost to replace HP ink. Crazy. Except for the front loading tray (which HP must have a pattent on) they would be dead in the water.
