I don't see where it says refurb?? Great deal whether it's a refurb or not, but I don't think it is. I would snag one, but I already ordered the Visiontek Geforce4 Ti4600 from them for $160 yesterday.

Dang, that's a hot price on the Pinnacle Systems DV at only $135. The best PriceWatch price is over $200. This thing comes with Premiere 6 FULL and a bunch of other cool stuff.

If I had a DV cam I'd be all over this.

I don't see the word refurbished in there anywhere. In the description of each item it says if it is a refurb or not. Just because the package is worn or incomplete does not make it refurbished. Refurbished to me means used, broke, fixed, tested (hopefully) and re-sold, not incomplete - big difference.
