I just returned from CompUSA where they are getting rid their remaining stock of books. This sale is nationwide so you should be able to get the deals at your local B&M. There are many titles to choose @ 0.88 each! This is not a pricing error, but a corporate mandated clearance. Many of these books are paperback gaming strategy guides, but they also have quite a few programming, networking, and exam prep books. This sell also includes book sets such as the Windows 2000 Core exam study set and several others that have a price tag of $100-$200 per set. . I found many of the books were the latest releases for the latest software titles. Some have pub dates less than 2 months ago! If nothing else some of these will make great stocking stuffers. Use the link below to check the inventory at the CompUSA in your area. You may also want to print out the list just in case your local B&M has not updated their prices from corporate.

Are there any benefits for reading that 3000 page MCSE Windows 2000 Core Exams?

I mean its only 88 cents, and would make one hell of a bathroom book, but for practical purposes, is it worth it?

Yea, I was able to get the MSCE, A+, Network+, and the Dreamweaver book. They rag up as .01 which the manager told me that was the code to send them back to the factory. After looking at the website he rang them all up as .88.

Holy,.....don't understand why they can be this cheap, hope they will come.... God, just spent $110+ on a 5 books set on MCSE2k.....can imagines how stupid I was.... but this exam crap won't teach you the things enough for your exam, but only as a sup.... I guess.

hell yeah dude, htats what i did and bought 15 books retailing at over a thousand bux...then you dont have to pay shipping, and i didnt have to use my dads CC....buying anything at the B&M is better...personally

Because they are soposed to send em back....but they never pulled em off the shelf = sweet for us

got 11 books(those that the employee didn't saw) for .12cents (0.1c) a piece at local B&M...

Anyway, there were a couple of books i really want that but I couldn't find it until I checkout, and tada, I saw all the books on the list sitting in a cart (serveral copies of every single item on the list). I asked the manager and he said those book are for sending back to manufacturer and would not sell me them even though I got some of the same exact book in my own cart. GRRRRRR.... I shouldn't have been so polite. I should have just push the cart to the checkout line. But then I would risk it if it has been someone else and they would poly kicked my ass if I had done so because it was theirs.


Imma come back tomorrow and try to to see if I can do what badtz42 did... Hopefully I can get a nicer manager this time...

Actually this deal was posted over at FW first. I went to my local CompUSA and got the $85.00 A+ book for 1 cent. I had they guy price check it first and he couldn't beleive it. He bought the last one for himself.
