Try extending out and holding the position longer?

This one seems very heavy-duty and solid and has some spring mechanism type thing in it to make it easier to pull it back in - although I wish it was adjustable as it seemed like it was almost TOO easy to pull it back. Well, I take what I said above back. It's been 4 days since I used them now and my abs are STILL sore from that first night. I think I overdid it. I felt fine after doing them as well as the following day. But 2 days later my midsection was in pain! I'm still a bit sore but recovering nicely. Next time I'll remember not to use it so long.

One of my friends used to have one of those ab wheels. A friend of his tried it and said it was way too hard, she couldn't even do one. And then we discovered that she didn't know you were supposed to do them on your knees. She was trying to do it on her toes. Haha. We had a good laugh at that one.

yah, i used to have an ab energizer belt. man, that thing sucked. it felt like chinese water torture only i paid for it. the ab slide definitely gives the best results of any other ab machine that i've tried.
