that's probably cuz you are way out of shape. its hard to do if you have no upper body strength. once you use it for a few weeks it really starts to show.

K i'm going to provide my input on this subject cuz I know what I'm talking about here. First off AbSlide does work, I am proof of that, because I went from a flabby stomach to a visible 4 pack, even with the bottom abs almost showing up. It took about 4 months of about 3-5 times a week of doing it but it worked. I did lose the pack eventually and once the AbSlide broke, because that sh!t will brake eventually, I stopped completely for over a year. Recently I ordered something that resembled an AbSlide and was listed as an Abslide but in fact was not. It was a french imitation of the AbSlide except smaller in dimensions (even the pad was smaller then the one supplied with AbSlide). This imitation sucks and will not allow you to fully 'roll' the slider back and forth. Make sure you get the REAL abslide.

i used my cousin's for a bit. man my chest and abs hurt like hell the day after i used it. kept doing it for a few more weeks and i could feel the results.

Dieting will help your abs show. Genetics too. Doing ab exercises only really help make them grow if you are bulking...you can't spot reduce to expose your abs, you have to lose fat all over.

That being said, the actual movement of the ab slide is a viable ab exercise. So, if your diet and training is in order, it can help.

Ordered it on Thursday and got it yesterday (2 business days). Just as advertised! It is brand new. I tried it on carpet and works awesome. My arms and chest are pretty sore today. Not sure why they call it the "Ab" Slide when it works out much more than your abs. Definitely a hot deal! I gave my older one to my brother. This new one seems to be a bit more balanced.

I can attest to these working. I have used an old one (from the late 70's) that consisted of nothing more than a wheel with a stick through it to hold on to. As long as you have the strength to keep it balanced. I may just have to order one of these.

Get on the floor and do some crunches. Many types of crunches are out there and if you really want some results..use a 25 lb plate. You know that burning sensation in your abs? that means keep going. You gotta work abs to fatigue...till you just can't do no more without busting a nut.

Simplest dieting advice...more meals per day (4 or 5) + smaller servings per meal.
