HOT DEAL AT BROOKS BROTHERS OUTLET STORE

I went to the Woodbury outlet yesterday and they had signs EVERYWHERE stating "EVERYTHING IN THE STORE BUY ONE GET THE SECOND ITEM AT 50% off" I purchased some items that were already 50% reduced and then after arguing with the store manager about the sign posted "EVERYWHERE" He added the buy one get 2nd 50% off. Pretty damn good deal. All of the employees at that brooks brothers are a bunch a stuck up pigs and they were rude as hell so I didn't mind arguing one bit. They claimed that the sign posted only referred to the items that were not on sale. They even had a HUGE BILLBOARD outside the store to show their BIG SALE. All I know is Brooks brothers has a serious problem with their customer support ppl.

yeah they are snobby. I went to the one in Center City Philadelphia with a friend of mine. We were wearing casual clothes, nothing too bad, and the goddamned salespeople (who weren't busy) did come to ask us if we needed help once. I would never shop there as a result of that experience. Prices are extrordinarily high also.

In their defense, it is an outlet store. You're not going to get the level of service you should expect from a retail store...
