This is much better than medium warm. I love Chipotle.

Not as hot as when the one here at OSU had free burritos all day, but still a great deal.

they had the same sorta deal last year during tax time. Buy one one day, come back later that week and you get one free when you buy a drink or something. my friend went one day, and i got the free one later...
Chipotle isn't exactly my cup of horchata, I'd rather go to Robertos, but whatevers clever, free is free. :disgust: lol

i'm going to go ahead and proclaim this for the non-southern california AT people:
roberto's is poo. all of them. even the del mar one and especially the miramar one.
best mexican food in san diego: Rancho's on sunset cliffs in OB. (dont say old town... impossible to get a seat at mealtimes and it aint that great....

at any rate... i'll see if i can confirm the chipotle deal with some 'research'... dinner time.

I head over to the Roberto's over by the Carls and when I go home I head over to the Super Sergios down near Sweetwater. I prefer them both over Chipotle (stay calm... don't get mad at me). And yes I know Chipotle has wider coverage than Robertos, ('gettinbranded' was from Chicago). The ones you go to must be better. When I went they were in the grand opening stage, I guess the new workers still had to get their skills down.

As a Mexican, I'm always up for trying new burritos. I've never heard of Chipotle. Is there one in San Diego?
Any restaurant that ends in -berto is guaranteed to be crapola.
Conversely, the Tacos Mexico chain in Los Angeles is almost always HELLUVA good. Smothered in chipotle too. I wish they'd start penetrating the SD market.
It's amazing how bad the food is in SD compared to LA.

They have been popping up all over the bay area... Ive been to ones in San Francisco (new montgomery & Mission), Danville, San Bruno, and Foster City.

Ok, Ok, All these people saying they like the place, I figure I must chime-in.

I HATE chipotle. The beef is soooo greasy, and the chicken has hard pieces in it, bleck.
