I can get it for about 320 dollars, but I wonder is it worth it? Since it has 6 separate tanks, it seems kind of expensive replacing inks. Also how reliable is Canon products? Someone warn me their printers break down easily (a few years ago at least)?

How does this compare to Epson C80 or EX785P since they are a little cheaper?

Wrong ballpark. It compares to the epson 1280. Here's a shootout.

That's odd because I called them to ask if my credit card was accepted and they said it was. I havn't recieved a cancellation yet but that don't mean I won't.

It's also still listed on their website at that price.

It's probably a safe bet that you got their "order acknowledgement" email but not the following confirmation one? That's the one that counts I think.

I did get both. Last night at 10:15 I got the acknowledgement e-mail. Then at 10:24 I got the confirmation e-mail. Anyone on here got cancelled yet?

I called dell's automated order comfirmation line and it said that my order has been released to manufacturing for assembly. I called this number. 1-800-433-9014.

I go to a digital camera forum and several of the people that ordered saturday night have shipped. I havn't seen anyone there that has been cancelled.

Yea, so you can get the 100. rebate for it and the camera. I think 50-50 would be a better offer.

$20 is totally fair... if they don't have the s30-40 g2 cameras which are expensive, than they have no use for those items. It would be pretty stupid for me to pay $50 for pieces of paper when I could buy the printer cheap, sell it on ebay for profit and get $100 on top of the profit... $20 to someone is a gift if you ask me

Yea, go buy your printer then.

Then it would be just as fair to offer you $20. for your upc and scanned receipt.

I orderd about 5pm pacific. Got the first dell email but not the second, and the order doesn't show in my order history. Doesn't look good.

How does Dell respond to threats of litigation?

Geez, I don't see why my offering is ruffling so many feathers. If I bought the printer and didn't have any of those cameras, I would jump at the offer to sell the UPC for $20... I mean I wouldn't have any use for it otherwise right? Sheesh, if you don't want to sell it than so be it... nothing to get mad over

Mad? It seems you're not so quick to jump on the same 20. deal. In fact if it's a gift as you say I'll just offer you 5. It's an extra 5. Better jump on it.

I ordered it yesterday afternoon and received an order acknolwledgement immediately.

But so far no order confirmation yet, I think Dell and just going to let my order die like they usually do (or don't do).

There must be something impeding your brain function b/c you obviously did not get my post... just forget about it, and drop it all together cuz your responses are quite fruitless.

I just received the order confirmation email from Dell.

"We estimate that your order should ship on or before: 07/03/02" :Q :Q
Just after the Canon rebate expires. :disgust::|:Q

The rebate goes by the order date, not the shipping date. Ofcoz, if you receive the printer after the rebate submission deadline, that's another story.

I didn't get confirmation but it now appears in my order list, so they didn't cancel it. I also have a ship date of 7/3, even though it's still "in stock" on their site.

I'm thankful they kept the order in, I'm willing to wait.

Your responses are fruitful? I see you didn't jump on my offer because You obviously don't think it's such a good deal. My brain function is fine, it's yours that's warped.
