Seems good to me too since the 250 is typically this much IIRC. Anyone else wanna weigh in ?

Picked it up. Been looking for something like this for a while now.

If you do pick this up and are looking for PVR software, go with SAGE TV software instead of Snapstream's Beyond TV. SageTV supports the TV-out function of the PVR 350, Snapsteam (from what I understand) does not.

Either Pricewatch sucks or that's the lowest price I could find with google.

I got the free shipping (7-9 days). Don't care if it takes a few more days. Going to convert an old Dell into a media center.

How's Myth support for the 350? As good as the 250? I've heard of problems with the 150 in Myth.

Stay away from the 350! For this price range you can get the 500, which is a much better dual tuner card. Yes there IS onboard tv output, but it is very limited (mpeg2 only) and even more mature PVR programs have bugs with this card (and have for years!) You are MUCH better off getting the 500 and a cheap video card with tv output.

The 250 is essentially dead, the 150 offers equal or slightly better quality for a lot less.

the 350 is an awsome card for mythtv, the tv out leaves something to be desired as it wont play non mpeg2 stream very well. I guess could be addressed in future drivers, but the picture quality is awsome. Under linux setup was a breeze with the ivtv drivers. there is a tutorial for setting a mythtv system up under Fedora that makes it even easier.

...but is it significantly better than the 150, which is $70-$80 on sale?

The 500 is the best option if you must spend $130 - dual tuners, MPEG2 encoding.

Ya I agree, in this price range nix the TV output and take the second tuner on the 500.
