Did anyone get the $40 off coupon and free 5" TV coupons to work? I tried to add the TV over the phone and was told the order has to be over $150 after coupon to work. Oh well, no harm asking....

I have a pixie monitor with about the same specs (probably not as good of a refresh rate) that I've had for 3+ years now w/no problems. I'd probably pick this one up, if I weren't longing for a 19in

I was able to use the $40 off $150 coupon for an online order about 30 minutes ago, so it's definitely still good. Alas, no free TV, but this is still a great deal, since I needed a third monitor to replace my dying NEC 5FG.

the $40 off of $150 is flagged for PHONE in orders only... stil works if you access the net... there is one down side you still have to phone in for the TV deal since that coupon won't work with the 40 off 150 coupon on the site. No biggie.. trick is to place the order and use the 40 off 150 coupon online THEN call in and ask to have the free TV tacked on.. It'll go through easy enough as it can be with staples.

GOOD LUCK getting a Staples rebate! I've been battleing them over an $80 rebate on a..PIXIE 17 inch monitor!

I've mailed all receipts 2 times. Talked to the 'Rebate Center' several times and was assured each and every time that I should get my rebate. Now on their site I'm able to track the rebate. It even shows a check #. SIX WEEKS later I've never received the check for a grand total of 2 plus months. I WILL get my rebate, btw, and will NEVER buy from Staples again!

I called and was told I need $300 for both the TV and the $40 off coupon. I'm sure it's probably just my CSR...any magic words work for the rest of you?

Dave, I would recommend simply trying again. The CSR I spoke to added the TV onto my order with no hassle whatsoever.

I just ordered this online as well. I used the $40 a $150 order. I had a pack of monitors Wipes SKU 911190 $4.15 to put me over the $150 limit. I'll be calling for the TV soon

List almost makes up for missing the damn Gladiac thing. I placed that order Monday, and they canceled

Ugh. I just noticed that after taking my coupon info., and adding the TV to my order, they charged $74.85 to my CC for it. I called to complain and was told that I would have to order another $150.00 worth of product to qualify for the TV (needless to say, I declined). Not only that, but they wouldn't cancel the order for me, and I was told that I would have to call "around 9am" tomorrow morning in order to remove the charge. So much for the "frightening" ease with which I was able to add the free TV to my order.

Since the rebate says not valid with other promotions, and one CSR told me you had to have $150 after coupon to get the free TV I'm not going to press my luck for a 5" B&W TV. Good luck to those that try.

I bought this monitor Thursday morning with the coupon..
With 1 day free shipping, I will be getting this today..
Once I receive this item, I will submit the rebate..

I have done many rebates with Staples and have never had any problems. Just photocopy everything and keep a log of your rebates and if something doesn't come just call and they will take care of it.

My order said 1 day delivery too but under order status it says 1/2 but I am not complaining.
