Well this could be considered a hot deal - marriage auction - if you are looking to get married quickly.

OK to make this an official hot deal post: ikea has 50 percent off sale on certain items from dec 26th to jan 6th. not applicable to ikea seattle, houston and san diego (those are independently owned IIRC). Anyhow, I was at ikea houston and they did have a little flyer attached to receipts saying there is a sale. Oh, you could use the sale at ikea to buy stuff for your new wife you bought at auction.
