I bought this Panasonic camcorder around Christmas time for over $300 and it's great. Too bad they are sold out, I'd jump on this in a microsecond for $150 + shipping + tax just to have it around for a spare.

Go to any Office Depot and get the rebate for that Vtech VT-1962.
By the way, has anyone been able to price match the Panasonic camcorder? I did not have any problem price matching the Vtech. No luck with the camcorder.
