Finally! Every other major deals forum allows coupon codes, it didn't make any sense to prohibit them on Anandtech.

I've never understood the fear of letting them be posted.

I mean, let's face it, all it accomplished was to drive quality traffic (us) off to the other deal forums where codes are freely published each and every day.

That said, I think it is great they are "officially" allowed now. Will make this forum even better.

Seriously, I actually wanted to know if anyone had a problem with this as well ... I couldn't think of one, but I'm still listening if there are any.

To elaborate further, we want to get AT Hot Deals back to the top (where it started and should have stayed). Hope this helps!

While I applaud this decision, AT is about 5 years too late
