It's legit and a pretty famous site for those Chinese people in America. A lot of Chinese purchase phonecards, videos and magazines from this site.

VCDs are very cheap in asia. I can't tell you if this place is legit, cuz I never shop there before. But I can tell you that you can buy older legit VCDs titles for less than $1 in Hong Kong.
