Hot with that cpu. The mobo is also an NF4 SLI capable board.
Yeah but that CPU get's it's clocked cleaned by somthing as low as a A64 3500+ in newer games. I hate when people do these things it seems so rude, but if you're going to use this for games I have to mention this.

The biggest difference is in the warrentee for the parts themselves. All parts come with at least a 1 year, but some important ones come with more with more
Processor - 3
Hard-Drive - 5
Memory - Lifetime
All of these are well past the typical Dell 1 year. Shipping and handling is cheap... compared to dell, and very few states are charged sales tax, to boot. The processor overclocks like a dream, not even an option on the Dell. Once overclocked it will achieve scores that the P4 couldn't even dream of hitting. If you live home with Ma, and Pa, this might not be a big deal, but it also saves a good deal of money on the power bill. It also runs a ton cooler if you want to save on A/C costs... trust me a fast P4 will heat up a 10x10 room in a hurry... hell so will a A64, just not as much.
All that being said, for that particular P4, it's a great deal, but you can get a better gaming system for for less. Though you do have to assemble it and install the OS yourself.
If you're a tweaker, don't even get the A64 3500, just get the 3000, lower the HT multiplier to 4, and the memory ratio to 5:6, and set the FSB to 250, and run it at 2250MHz, and get a 3500+ on the cheap.
just my 2 cents
