Agree.
As today you can get the 400 MHZ complete with cradle for $ 266.36 shipped to florida ( 15.08 Tax).Using the 20% plus the 10% stack on top of it equals to $ 97.72 in savings.
If you choose the 300 Mhz plain ( no cradle)it will be $ 190.04 OTD savings to $69.72
with cradle $ 212.93 saving of $78.12.
Now if I can only make up my mind.
I will choose Dell over the Geeks :
Based on Excellent customer Support So far For my personnal experience)
Product Warranty ( 1year Vs 90 Days)
Return Policy
And as I type this the Geeks run out of Stock
These are my 2 cents.
Plus the reports that the latest Axim 400s have the upgraded processor inside is another reason to go new rather than refurbished. The newer processor provides only a marginal performance increase as the system bus speed is the same as the old.
In the same price range(211.65-Refurb, 1yr warranty)IPAQ POCKET PC H3850 /206SA/64MB-RAM/32MB-ROM HH
perhaps not inthe same class
but can be had here HP

Next time, put "refurb" somewhere in your topic. It could have been returned by someone who never even turned it out, but it's still a refurb.
Does anyone know if the warranty from Geeks is through Dell or from the Geeks
I think this is a hot deal $208 shipped. But was concerned about the warranty. 90 days is OK.. since I doubt the thing will have problems after initial break-in period. But I want it fixed by Dell not the computer store.
If you look at the table at the top of the product page, the lower-right cell indicates that the support contact in this case would be "Geeks"?yes, the computer store.
