I didn't like this disk. Hard to use in my opinion. Just adjusting color and contrast to your own taste is easier and faster.

Last time I placed an order for the DVE disk at Buy.com (during another 24 hr sale like this), the disk was shipped after ONE AND HALF MONTHS !!! That too inspite of the fact that the item was showing an "in stock" status all along :disgust:

I have had really really bad luck with at least 4-5 orders from Buy.com with FREE shipping that got extremely delayed like this, and customer service has been one of the worst ever !

adjusting to your own taste may be easier, but it's hardly as objective as a correct Video Essentials setup. personally, the 30 minutes spent using this disc to properly calibrate my tv and surround setup is well worth it.

under $20 is a good deal for a must-have product for the A/V enthusiast.
