05 is the year 47 is the week..can recall what all the letters refer to..but it has to do with the day of the week, the batch and location

this probably doesn't qualify as an Extreme overclock, but 9x250 works great on stock volts.

my board, the MSI K8NGM2 has a hard limit of 250 HTT, so until I get a different board, it's gonna be 2.25 for a while, not that I'm complaining about an auto 25% overclock.

With a DFI NF4 UT Ultra D I was Prime stable at 300 x 9 (2.7G) but not real happy with the temps or the noise. Running now at 2432Mhz, and still working on the noise. Not sure which week mine is. Ordered it not long after this thread began, I think.

To be honest i don;t know how to find chip week and i didnot checked also. My temperatures are 29C Idle and 40C Load after 4 hours of BattleField 2 + Call of Duty

Monarch seem to have a good OEM stepping at the moment (0547TPMW). The guys in the CPU forum are getting 2.7GHz at stock voltage. I ordered one this morning for $299. Monarch obviously smelt blood and went for the kill.
