I guess but for me...it happened essentially at time of sale...that is placed order, checked online to make sure went through and boom said 2 day fedex...I live in Tampa FL so maybe this was the reason....maybe fedex did not want to waste gas driving it from Orlando, Jacksonville to Tampa to take 5 days...LOL

No, the dual proc boards are all 940 pin. You would have to use one of the 2xx series opterons.

Mine arrives tomorrow but I didnt get the 3 year warranty for $15 and am started to have second thoughts. I am not a big believer in store warranties, doesnt this OEM have an AMD warranty of one year anyway? Has anyone experience with Monarch on warranty replacement and wont they just claim that the proc was overclocked(which it will be) should I ever need to replace?

You void the warranty when you OC it.

Yeah, but you have to buy a HSF with it, so there's not really a price difference.
