Microcenter has the FIC A92 Radeon 9200 (non se) 128bit version with 64mb DDR ram. The card comes with DVI-I, TV out, and standard VGA.
It is 59.99 - $20 (manufacturers rebate according to microcenter) = $39.99
For the price and the features, not a bad deal. For $40 you would get a geforce4 mx from newegg. The reviews here (xbitlabs.com) and here (devhardware.com) I looked at seem to say that it is a solid card, with no overclocking capabilities.
