It does not take long to copy the site they already had made previously to the new server. They disappear altogether for a few days with no e-mail sent out as to why and come up with a tiny place holder and no explanation and no e-mail still.
They couldn't "copy" the site 'cause they are in a dispute with LightShip (who owns the datacenter they were using) over (according to LS) non-payment of bills and they are locked out of their own servers.
Also, the servers that were with LightShip in Maine have been down since July 3, considerably longer than "a few days".
I noticed the the irc channel & www.cwstatus.com are both down still also.
The IRC channel is down because one of the CW staff posted the private phone # of a customer and the operators of that server (webmasters.org) banned him. They had to move the channel to a new server in order for that staff member to be able to post again. The address for the new IRC server is in the other thread regarding CW in this forum.
There is also a new status site, since the old was was on the servers hosted by RackShack in Texas. Those servers are down and have been since before the weekend. The address for the new status page is also in the other CW thread in this forum.
One more thing, as I post this the Cyberwings.com sight is down, not even the default Plesk page is loading.
