2: they cancel the PDA part of the order, remove coupon, and send us all $60 woth of crap software!
3: they cancel / run out of stock of one of the software titles, and take off coupon and hit our CC with $180.

From past staples deals, the last 2 are way too likely i'm afraid.

What are you talking about? I don't understand, are you talking about the coupon stacking thing that I mentioned. Also forgot to mention, what's the minimum for this deal. I tried to order the Palm M100 with the softwares and it wouldn't let me through. It would've been about $40 for that POS. Nonetheless, it would've been a cheap POS.

Rally1, I totally agree with you. #1 all the way!!! God, they better not hit up our CCs and leave us PDAless with 2 crap softwares.

just return it to your local staples store. they will refund everything that is there policy

also there is free shipping

so if staples try to screw us they screw themselves by wasting manpower to deliver the items hahahah

Give it a shot, and let us know. That wasn't on my mind when I was placing my order. I was just trying to get the damn thing in. I didn't want anything else to complicate the order at that time. How's the traffic at the Staples.com site now? Still getting hit hard?

Hey, did anyone else receive an email confirmation saying that they're going to deliver the software on a seperate day(because they're not in stock i guess). Well can't we just return the software then? Because we'll have a seperate packing slip for the software and that slip will show the regular price with no coupon (because the packing slip with the visor will have the coupon on it).

Maybe their database is having some problems. Have your previous orders been shipped to the right place even though the info on the webpage was wrong?
Yes, that's as long as they haven't put the order through. You have a good chance to have them add the coupon, but you may have to deal with a pesty CSR. Good luck.

It sounds too good to be true, and it probably is not, but I just wanna go try it anyway. Two staples near my house. Gonna try both. I should go to a stupid looking sales person for that one i guess.

Of course you should try and return the software. That's what I'd do. It's the way to go. I might even return the Visor for the full price just to get some credit on my CC. It can't hurt.

Whether the software comes or not, I don't give a damn. Just as long as the PDA ships, I'll be happy. The arrival of the software just gives me a chance to return it for credit to get the free PDAs. Whee!!!

Also.. I DON'T think you can return items bought online to your local staples store.. I asked a mgr. there before and she said if its bought online.. they send a courier to pick it up and then when its back in stock at their warehouse..they credit it to you.. (sounds like a buncha crap) Anybody know any diff?
