FYI...The Cendyne 48x12x48 is not on Roxio's compatability list for Easy CD Creator--yet; however, it does come with Nero burning software. Does anyone have an idea when the 48x12x48 will be added to Roxio's software updates? This is a great deal if the Roxio software will work with the burner.

I use Roxio's Easy CD Creator 5+ just fine with my current Cendyne 48x's, which are rebadged lite-ons. I think I did have to download the drive compatibility upgrade file though, but everything works just fine.

Roxio cd creator is terrible, imo.

Nero 5.xx + Fireburner = heaven

Cendyne is not listed because they are not a drive manufacturer. Cendyne repackages drives made by other manufacturers. People are getting BenQ, Optowrite, Samsung and Lite-On drives in the cendyne boxes. There might be other brands too. But these drives are supported by Easy CD Creator. So install the current update for EZCD Creator and see if it works.
