Guys use your imaginations Look at the Rebate form and find replacement phones for the unavailable ones. There are two more phones that work for this deal.

I'm not interested in POS phones, so here's another good filler:

Avery CD Stomper Pro
Item # 20071342 , Style # 98107
$19.99 - $15 MIR

This is about the going rate for this product after rebate, but it's definitely worth the money, according to those who own one (I do).

Roxio cd creator is terrible, imo.

Nero 5.xx + Fireburner = heaven

Completely agreed
EasyCD is awful software - I'll use my Nero and registered Fireburner thank you
That Easy crap does not enter my PC's - stupid invasive ASPI driver installation....grumble grumble

Officemax is getting much better with their rebates. They used to be terrible with them.

How do I use the coupon if I have to go to the B&M officemax?

Ahh that sucks right when I had decided to take advantage of this deal too.

The burner is no longer available online. Who knows maybe it will reappear sometime this week.

UPS delivered my order today. In the Cendyne box, that was supposed to be a 48x12x48x (most likely to be a Liteon), I received a Samsung SW-248. It is a 48x24x48x, with 8MB buffer, and their version of Burnproof. Can't find any reviews on this particular Samsung model. Anybody else have this model, or have any opinions of this model?

By the way, the production date on this Samsung unit is January 2003.

they emailed me today, the first email showed my order, with the oos phone canceled, but they still applied the $25 off coupon, even though my total was $90. then i got an email 4 minutes later, for an order for the phone by itself, for just $10 delivered, weird eh?

The Cendyne drive doesn't seem to come up for me... There's a 52x, and a 48x external, but there are nowhere near the 49.99 price posted.

On the back of the box it should say Drive Model:
Mine is 4816P and its a BenQ.
I wanted a lite-on =(

But in the shipment they sent me two 100 CD-R spindels (I ordered and paid for one).
I'm having a moral dilema on whether or not to let them know...

Anyone knows what make/model is the drive that says CW 4802 on it? The desk phone got discontinued but I still got the $50 off $250 and ended up paying only $188 with $200 in rebates.

maybe you can go to a brick and motar and give them the extra blanks while asking them to exhange your cd-rw with a lite-on in the store?

I got a Samsung SW-248. I couldnt find much about this drive. But I found lots of info on the Samsung SW-248B. Ours may be similar. The good news is that CloneCD says this is a "2 sheep" burner. wwwweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
CloneCD drives.....Samsung

Anyone else? I got this at the B&M today and may return it if it's not all that good!

Has anyone else noticed this?
The 2 rebates for the Cendyne w/100 CDR's both require the original UPC. No copies will be accepted!
If you look at the rebate combo page for the Cendyne/KHypermedia; it says " *Copies of UPCs and Receipts are acceptable." (with an asterisk *).
This applies to only those items marked as such(*). Not to rebate offer #26.
WTF am I supposed to do?
I have had problems in the past with rebates to Young America that Office Max/Staples said were valid in store, but Young America returned to me due to non-compliance.
BTW, I am NO newbie when it comes to rebates. I just don't trust Office Max's ad.

I send the original for the cendyne $30 rebate, then the photocopy to the combo $20 rebate. really a no brainer.

If you really wanna guarantee your money, make a high quality scan of the upc, then tear off the top of the cendyne box, feed that into the envelope feeder on any laser printer, and then print on that. it's the same laminated cardboard so you'll be the only one who will ever know.
